Dear LUPUS EUROPE Member,
With the end of the summer period comes the time to think at our next convention, which will take place end November in Leuven (Belgium), the same city that hosted LUPUS EUROPE (then named ELEF)’s first convention in 1989.
Please see attached the convention invite, registration form and Trustee application form. An early bird discount applies for registration and payment prior to September 20, so do not delay action.
We realise that this is a lot of information to digest, but it is important that you carefully review the material. Our secretariat can help you with any questions, including the calculation of the convention fee or the verification of documents. Don’t hesitate to ask for help…
We would also like to remind you that one of the ways to earn a discount on the convention fee is to take part in the Kick lupus word cloud contest. If you have not yet passed on the information to your members or if no-one from your country has participated, there is still time. Please get in touch with Kirsi@lupus-europe.org for more info.
