Council

The overall control of LUPUS EUROPE is administered by Council, the assembly of the
delegates from all European member organisations.

In general,  a delegate is appointed by its national Lupus group and serves, furthermore,
as international contact for LUPUS EUROPE matters.

At least once a year, the Council meets during the Annual Convention of LUPUS EUROPE.

The Council covers multiple tasks like:

- nominating qualified persons for election of Trustees,
- electing Trustees,
- setting annual membership subscription rates for both full and associate member oganisations,
- deciding on Amendments to the Constitution, on Dissolution or on removal of a Trustee,
etc.
